God is Love, and so much more

“The force behind the power”

Have you ever heard someone say, “God is Love?”   I’ve heard it, and read it quite a few times.  Something else I have seen, and believe fully; is there is a power associated
with love.  It may be the most powerful force in the universe?

I believe, “It is the synergy of this love that creates miracles?”   We are taught God wants us to be the inner person within all of us.  The untainted one - that you can feel deep inside, which only comes out when it is quite, and all the static stops.

When we operate from a platform of love, it is powerful beyond measure.  Yet it can be driven away by our egos, pride, anger, fear, envy, and hate, and a few other undesirable qualities we as humans deal with.  I wonder if animals deal with hate, ego, pride, etc.?

This inner person is often referred to as an “inner child.”  This inner child only surfaces when it is safe, quite, and we are humble, sincere, caring, loving and . . .

I believe we are all children, growing, learning, enjoying the wonders of life!  Although we are experiencing life from a slowly aging organism, we call a body.   Ask any older person if “they” feel old?  Most will tell you they still feel young, but their body is aging.

Even with all of our technology, wisdom, strength, and . . . we cannot even come close to duplicating our body.   Yet, many in their infinite wisdom suggest there is no God or higher force, somehow guiding things without interfering in our freedoms.  Many believe that when we die, it is all over.  That does not fit my paradigm.  My inner spirit or soul says there is more; I just don’t know what it will be like, or how it looks. I guess that is where faith comes in – nothing happens without faith.

The key to moving towards this love and power is to hold these good qualities at the front of our minds, while we work out the details.  When we can put a picture together, we start to move in that direction.  Painting pictures in our minds that lead to a better tomorrow.  It is a “we” thing, when we all do “our” thing, whatever that may be life moves in a positive direction.

Notice how advertisers do try to sway your choices, while trying to sell their product.  They learned a long time ago, that we as humans move towards our currently dominant thoughts; and they want their products to be there.  “It is up to us to maintain a balance of thoughts that will lead us to a “Better Tomorrow.”

We “must do that in the “now.”  It is the only time we have any influence on, so if we feel something is worth doing, assign time slot to it.  Then take advantage of that moment.  That means we get to it to build our better tomorrow..   One where “we” all benefit from the synergy that grows, as we learn and apply these higher principles, and gain wisdom that grows with us.”

Here are some of the words from the songs on that album; many of the songs are inspirational.  Even if you don’t listen to the words, your subconscious computer like mind, is watching and recording the information, and uses it to help build pictures which guide our lives.  The conscious person monitors what is allowed into their minds, because they know that the sum of these things can change and influence us, and it is stored on our minds hard drive.  We use this information to build our paradigms of how we should be, act, think, and . . .

We progress towards our dominant thoughts, by doing things “NOW.”    We can control and shape the now, which influences the future.  That’s the good news.  Our conscious minds can influence and control those programs or thoughts (thoughts are seeds to greater ambitions.)  When they are planted in our subconscious mind and nurtured, they have the ability to grow into good lives, “We get to enjoy,” or . . .
Life is pretty challenging at times.   Understanding the fundamental operations of the mind and the body can aid you in avoiding less than desirable situations.  We create our future, by doing things in the now.  We get to choose our future by the things we “do” today.

Here are some of the words from:

"The Force, Behind the Power. By Diana Ross”
(Stevie Wonder - Composer.)

“Since the beginning of our lives . . .
Anyone and everyone had cause and reason, for in good all good is done.”
“Down in every heart there are two forces; one is for wrong and one is for the right.”
“But we don’t have to worry about this because good always wins the fight.”
“What is the force behind the power that wakes you each day?”
“What the force behind the power that chases evil away?
It is love, pure love, God’s love.
“What is that force that puts a smile on your face?  It is love, pure love, it is love.”
“What the force behind the power that makes you willing to share?”
“What the force behind the power that is not too busy to care?  It is love, pure love. It is love. ”
“Not trying to preach about, but No One can do without it.”
“What the force behind the power when you can’t to say, “Yes, you Can!”
“What is the force that is greater than any man; it is love, Gods love, it is love!
“What the force behind the power that tears down walls of hate?
What the force behind the power it’s never too late?
It is love, Gods love.
_______
“Now,” is the only time anyone has, the past is gone, and the future is promised to no one.
I chose to bias my situation by doing, saying, thinking, and planning “Now” with positive actions and thoughts, thus improving my future situation.   Use every moment to preconceive notions which lead towards a better tomorrow.  Sure there will be some “Less then perfect choices,” but even with that it is better than just rolling the dice.  At the least you do have some control of your future.  Whether we choose to exercise that control, that is another issue.

Don’t you just love being able to make your own choices.  May I suggest using the “now” to move towards a better tomorrow, and the odds will be in “our” favor.  Tomorrow is often just a way to avoid making a choice.  “I’ll decide and do something tomorrow.

These posts are just one way I am trying to move our world towards a better tomorrow.  Life is a "we" thing.

Protests . . . Oppose or Propose?

Hi Douglas Hansen here,

Here’s some ideas you may want to consider.  They came to me while thinking about all of the wars we have had over the last few “thousand” years.  Have they ever “led” to a better world?  Or do they simply protect and try to maintain the status quo?

Well if the status quo is perfect than that is a good idea, if not, well . . . ?  Change is difficult at best for any of us.  Trying to work out the details to a better tomorrow is monumental!  Are protests a tool to work out a better tomorrow?

Here are my thoughts there.  A protest, or at least most of the ones I have seen are simply ways to give a thumbs up, or thumbs down.  Sometimes they get out of hand and become much more, more like thumps up!!!, or thumps down!!!  But do they lead to a better tomorrow?

“If we do the same things we did yesterday, today;
we will be the same place we are today, tomorrow.”

Most protests are “only” a way of showing that we oppose something, or in some cases, we agree with something, but they only involve “one step thinking.”  This is what we think,  end of story.  If we show our leaders we dislike like something, we send this message.  “We dislike your idea.  Now figure it out on your own.  We trust, depend, or assume you will be able to.”

On the other hand, proposals are possible solutions, which leave the door open to a better tomorrow.  Think of it this way,  proposals send this type of message.  “Hey, we hear what you are saying, and would like to share some other thoughts on the subject.  We realize you do not know everything, and hopefully are doing your best to lead us in a good direction; so here are some ideas, that “we” have come up with.

Together, “we” just may be able to build a world far better than any of us can even imagine . . .

Safety is of key importance to us all.  This is especially true while doing risky things.  Over the past forty years I have come up with a different way to approach safety, and I would like the opportunity to share it with you.

Please invest a few moments and watch this introduction to some of the new approach.

This is just a brief introduction to the lead in to the safety training.  Basically speaking, to have an accident you need two things.  Something that creates the incident, an action.   If we do nothing, chances are remote that an accident will occur.  On the other hand, if we are involved in work, or more seriously, risky work, the chances go up.    So the first part is the possibility or potential for an action which creates the event.
Next we have the seriousness, or how bad it will be if an event occurs  or risk factor.  Together they create an incident, which can be minor or major.  By understanding these concepts, a person can stay in a low risk situation.  This 90 minute presentation explains this so that people understand the nature of danger and how to minimize their involvement.

Fear - A powerful “Negative” motivator. . .

Hi Douglas Hansen here,

Fear of falling actually creates many falls!

Have you ever consider how powerful Fear is?  It is a powerful “negative’ motivator.  I’ll even go as far as to say it is the cause of majority of our problems.  Fear we might make the wrong choice.  Fear someone will get more than us.  Fear of success.  Fear of failure; fear we will flunk a test; fear of people . . .

An interesting thing about fear is we often do not notice, “It is why we are doing something, or not doing something.”

What are the mechanics of “negative” motivation?

Simply put, it is a minus.
·         It takes away from the situation.
·         It cuts your progress short.
·         It limits how far you can go.
·         It subtracts from the picture.
·         It stops progress.
·         It restricts your efforts.
·         It confines
·         It imprisons.
·         It locks up and prevents progress.
·         It impounds.
·         It brings the situation to a halt.
·         It . . .

It, well, it does many things, none of which move us “one step” closer, not even a millimeter, or [1]nanometer, closer to our goals and objectives, or the goals and objectives of our society.

You can see negative attempts to motivate people, even animals, all around us.
·         A cuff to the side of the head.
·         A reprimand at work.
·         A yank on the least of a dog.
·         Someone yelling at their children in an attempt to get them to do their homework.
·         Grounding someone for coming home late.
·         A speeding ticket.
·         Judgments, in most cases, we just do not have enough information to make judgments.  We tend to point out what appears to be faults and problems because we choose to feel?  Past history, false news, . . .
·         And the list goes on.

Well then, the question I have been trying to answer is, “Why on earth do we use negative motivation at all?

Negative motivation hampers our body processes.  For example: Speaking in public can bring on so much fear that it can cripple movement, freeze a person’s mind, make them forget, cause termers, sweating, dry mouth, fainting, and much more.  It is powerful and can run rampant, destroying our best intentions.

Unfortunately, if it is a negative, it moves us, or our situation in a negative, or reverse direction, thus a negative motivator will never lead to success.

On the other hand; a positive motivator moves you forward, in the direction you wish to go.
Seems pretty simple, and if that is so, why do we allow negatives to dominate our lives?  I’m guessing it is because they are easy.   How difficult is it to find fault?  Find problems with the football team and how they are playing the game?  Smack someone?  Walk away mad?  Or lean on things which move us in a negative direction, like: “because that is the way we always do it?”  Find fault with your spouse or children?  Find problems with an employer or fellow employees?  Yes, some easy is probably good, but a full diet of easy is not healthy.

Here’s a question you may want to consider:  Does fault finding lead in a positive or negative direction?     Does it benefit the fault finder?   If it is a positive it will move us toward a positive or desired goal or outcome.   If it is negative, it will lead away from, or cripple our forward progress.  Yes, it is much easier to pick apart something.  Something else you may want to consider:  It seems to me, problem finders are a dime a dozen.  Solution finders are much more rare; kind-of like diamonds.  Here it is again, that silly goal or objective: Which choices or actions will lead to a life of abundance, healthy relationships, and love?

I have heard it said there are four great enemies of man: fear, clarity of mind, power, and old age.   It seems to make sense.

Fear is our first great enemy. When you are able to manage fear and understand a majority of the ways it works to destroy, hinder, kill, injure, etc.

Then the second is clarity of mind.  You are able to see things as they really are.  This can be pretty scary and overwhelming, thus there is another step to learn how-to manage.  As we grow we develop pictures of the way “we” think life is, or is supposed to be.  When those ideas are challenged, we defend them.  Why wouldn’t we?  It’s our belief that it “should be” the same as our picture.

Unfortunately, a majority of the things we learn as we grow are opinions, beliefs, hearsay, quotes out of context, altered information to sell a product or idea, and more.  We have recorded this information on our internal computer’s hard drive.   Now when we need to refer back to that information, and examine it,  we may find a majority of the information is: untrue, distorted, colored, enlarged, miniaturized, inflamed, twisted, convoluted, torn apart into incomplete concepts, full of unwarranted emotion, etc.

For example:  I was taught Christopher Columbus discovered America in the Niña, the Pinta  and the Santa Maria and also, while he was at it, proved the Earth wasn’t flat?   Well, more in correct information on my mind’s hard drive.  As early as the sixth century B.C., Pythagoras --- later followed by Aristotle and Euclid ---wrote about the earth being a sphere or round.  And historians say there is no doubt that the educated in Columbus’s day knew quite well that the earth was round.
Columbus did not “discover” America --- he never set foot on Plymouth Rock, in North America!  Apparently, the Pilgrims never stepped on Plymouth Rock either.

I heard it said that at first a true miner of knowledge, would be shocked to find out the amount of false information floating around and how little real knowledge and truth there is.    But ultimately, s/he would be gladdened because what is better, to have the pure gold of knowledge, or to have that gold buried in tons of ore.

Power is the third great enemy of mankind (woman kind too).  It is quite the intoxicant.  Look at all those who have become drunken fools immersed in their power.   Hitler is a prime example; Cesar may be another one, well it appears the list is fairly long.  So few, yet really great people have learned how to handle power.  Try naming a few?  We tend to admire and look up to them.  Although it seems much easier to remember the negative leaders.  Why is that?

The last, old age is the final enemy.  To have lived a vibrant life, full of activity, rich experiences, and more; then have it slowly taken away --- day by day has got to be pretty disheartening.  It looks like there is not a way to control this one; we must just fend it off for as long as we can.
The point here is: a positive approach will improve the experience and assist in getting good results.  We can improve this situation, and those around us can assist in solution finding, encouragement, team work, love, friendship, etc. are positive goals which will create that world of abundance with good relationships – love. Or our own heaven on earth.

Food for thought, maybe if we understand these things better, we will be in a better position to build a better tomorrow, and learn how to coexist.

About Time – time, things, and people shape how we think

When I was growing up the thought of scout camp was exciting, and since I was not in a position to go to camp, I made up for it by telling tall stories to my little brother, about me being a boy scout.   I guess that sort of thing comes along with the growing up experience?  Eventually I went to Boy Scout camp for real.  We spent an entire week hiking, canoeing, and other things that scouts do.

I wonder if I remembered to express my appreciation to these leaders --- it’s a lot of work running a Scout Camp.  Something that came to my mind when I started to write this is how people pitch in and make it possible for things like a Scout Camp.  The staff was made up of scouts who were close to becoming Eagle Scouts, and Adult Leaders, most were volunteers.

The reason I feel like sharing, or putting this out to the universe, is that a while back I found some old memorabilia, which brought back a lot of memories.  These memories surely helped shape my life, were early signs of my interests, and they shaped how I think.

It was high on a shelf in a storage room.  I didn’t even know any of that stuff was still around.   It sure got my mind going.  There were a couple of awards I had won.  They were nothing special, other than to me, and maybe the people had made them.  One award was for first place in the “Heaving Bar,” event, and another was for “Best Hiker.”

To compete in Heaving Bar event a scout would grab an uncoiled rope from the ground, and then carefully coil it, so they could throw one end of it over a horizontal bar that had been tied between two treetops.  The bar was about twenty five feet above the ground.  Once the scout had thrown the rope, they would run up to where the rope was, hopefully hanging over the bar and back down to the ground.
Then they would grab it and tie a timber hitch around a log, that on the ground below the bar.  Next they would run back to the starting place and pull the log off the ground.  Finally, they would tie a clove hitch, around a stake that was in the ground.  (Whew . . . say that quickly, three times!)
It was a timed event, and I had spent a good portion of the week practicing, so when the competition came, I did well.  The awards were not 24 karat gold or anything like that, but to a young boy they meant something.  It seems they helped to build confidence and act as a kind of measuring stick, to let us know that “maybe I am o.k.”

It is interesting how these symbols hold a physiological value.  It seems our cultures are built around them.  Many things are intangible, especially the important ones.  Maybe these tangibles fill in for the intangible things?

One intangible is our dependence on each other.  It starts when we are born, and continues until we move on to the happy hunting ground.   First we are born dependant on our parents.   Next, we strive to be “independent.”   Most of us feel a need to be “independent,” or to take care of ourselves.   I remember distinctly growing up, wanting to show “I” could do this, win this game or trophy, travel to this place, climb this mountain, shoot this gun, have things like cars, clothes, etc.

This phase seems to be about figuring out who we are, what we are about, and gaining confidence, experimenting, and learning.   Eventually we hit a point where we may realize there is a bigger picture; we see there is more to life than just material things.  During this stage in my life I found that with focus and time I could compete well and reach the top levels of most activities or skills, I earned money for a car, to buy the cloths, climbing gear, etc.

Eventually there came a time when those things did not seem to motivate or drive me anymore, they just were not as cool as they had seemed.   This is where I learned the difference between temporal things, and spiritual things.  This saying seems to communicate the idea.

“It seems with temporal things the anticipation of getting them far exceeds the realization of having them.  In spiritual things the realization far exceeds the anticipation.”

It might be compared to getting a new car.  Sounds exciting and all, but when you finally get it, it is not nearly as cool as you thought it was going to be.   Now that is not to say a car is bad, but rather it is a tool and if used to project an image or to make up for lack of self esteem, etc., it is not going to do the trick.  On the other hand, we could use that car to drive some friends into a trailhead, and go on a backpacking trip, share in each other’s personalities, thoughts, and other unique qualities, while in the mountains. Then we come back having had a great experience on the celestial side.

There was a period of a few years in which I was sort of searching for my purpose, or something to drive me, like a life-long goal.   During this time I did a lot of thinking about the bigger picture, and how I fit in.  It is interesting to note how sometimes we feel we are stuck, or that we are not making progress; then after we make it through the situation we can see we were progressing, although slowly.

I ended up doing some deep soul searching about life, relationships, goals, and many things.   I was looking for a path that held heart, something I felt driven by; and it seemed to be associated with my personal gifts I would ultimately share with others.

This is where I became more aware of the third stage, and working with the idea that we “all” are “Interdependent.”  To have the quality of life we enjoy, we must act and figure out how to interact in a positive manner, and one that leads in a good direction.   I believe we are far more dependent on others  than most of us would like to think.  It is almost an oxymoron.  We must all help make sure we thrive individually, and yet, help build the team.  I believe this is why the saying about U and I popped into my mind.

My football coach used to say, “There is no I in team.”  It made me think about that idea for a long time.  I am guessing he was talking about team work, but in saying that way, it sort-of undercut the importance of the individual.  We all bring important qualities to the table of life, and I believe we need to remember that as well.  To help communicate that idea, I eventually I came up with this saying,

“There is no “I” in Team; nor is there a “U” but without “U and I” there is no team.”

If we as people, had only taken care of ourselves, and did not work together, with the created synergy, we would still be living in caves or hollow logs.  Synergy is important but it is not understood very well.  There is far more to synergy than just teamwork.  There is a spiritual component or part, that when we are able to add it together with teamwork, we create miracles.

During this period of introspection, I found I loved the out of doors, the mountains, or basically the natural environment in general.  I liked learning the skills associated with the out of doors, adventures like camping, climbing, hiking, sailing, SCUBA, etc.   It seemed like I was a good instructor, and liked teaching.  I found relationships to be of key importance, they increased or added to the experience of living life.  Eventually, I decided, “People are the Spice of Life.”

I also noticed some of the problems and struggles we as humans deal with or encounter in everyday life, and in relationships.  Trying to better understand them stirred me to ponder why?  Through reading, listening to tapes, seminars, and self introspection, I was able to notice there were better ways to interact, things to do, and things to avoid, and by doing them it would lead to a higher quality of life and a better life experience.

These were things which had nothing to do with age, race, religion, nationality, etc., but were simply “good principles,” to live by—they just seemed to make life better for everybody.  Not to those things aren’t important, just that maybe there is a way to use these fundamental “good living principles,” to help us build a better tomorrow.   So I decided I would set a goal to be in the mountains as often as I could, learn more about mountaineering and the natural environment, teach these skills and ideas to others, and share these good living principles with others.  Now I was in the interdependent mode sharing my own unique gifts.

Here’s a principle based idea you might like:  It seems to deal with consciously thinking about things we do in life, but from a different perspective.  This movie communicates it a good concept or principle about living life well.   As I started watching the movie I was not overly impressed.  It was kind-of different and had a slow start.  Finally, after stopping it a time or two, I finally ended up watching it all the way through---and I am glad I did.

It was about a funny looking red headed boy on his twenty first birthday.  The show had boy- girl friend stuff, family stuff, living life things, etc.  Then the father has a special talk with his son, and tells him that his father had the same talk with him, on his twenty first birthday.   Now, he was going to share a family secret with him.

The father explained that the males in their family could travel back in time.  Then he explained some of the rules, how it worked and how it would not work.  What he had to do is go to a secluded place, clinch his fists, and think of the point in time he wanted to go back to, and wham!  We went back in time.

In the next part of the show the boy goes about living life, and then redoing or fixing certain things in his life, by going back in time and redoing them.  Like he goes on a date, and messes it up, and is not very happy about it.   So he picked out a certain time just before the date and he would go back and redo the experience, except he would change it to the way he figured was best.

Much of the show is about various scenarios dealing with time travel and how changing things this way or that, can make them better, and sometimes not.  The thing that made the entire movie a very worthwhile was the last part.  He had lived most of his life.  His dad got cancer, so they went back in time to spend more time with him.  He did this over and over.  Eventually, due to how it worked, he had to make a choice to let his dad be gone and get on with his life, or not, so of course, he moves on with his life.  He has his share of struggles, and challenges, etc., but at the end of the show, he stops going back in time.   He had learned a lot about life, and there was one thing in particular he learned and started doing, which I really liked.

Rather than going back in time and trying to fix his mistakes, he had learned to live each day, as though he had gone back in time, and was now doing it the way he wanted the first time around.  He would make choices, carry out actions and do relationships, as he would have, had he gone back to redo them or fix them.   The movie is called, “About Time,” you may be able to find it on You Tube, if you are interested.

Ultimately, as I mentioned above, life teaches us that it is not about being “dependant,” nor is it about being “independent.”  Although there are times we may want to be independent, it appears that learning the importance of interdependence, is the key to a better life.  Once we have experienced and learned about dependence, and independence, we find, “Interdependence,” creates synergy, and with synergy we can have a, “Life of Abundance, coupled with good health and good relationships and love,”

“The Real Champions of Tomorrow will be Champions of Cooperation, Rather than Competition.”
Sometimes our history gets in the way of interacting in a synergistic way.  We often feel we are different from each other, and of course, in many ways we are, but it appears to me that when it comes to the really important things, we are very much alike.   I see our history as an overcoat, a shirt, a pair of pants, a blanket, or pair of shoes we wear.  It is not us, but we feel like it is.

Still more things which shaped my life,
"What has shaped the way you live your life?"
As I looked at this memorabilia it started me thinking about how these things have colored or shaped the way I think and feel.  In some ways it was good, and in others, well, maybe not so good.  Since we all come from many different backgrounds, it is going to require time (maybe even a few generations) and patience to learn how our past has shaped the way we think.

Learning to coexist is essential to our well being.  How sad it would be,  to have spent thousand of years fighting  with each other, and continue to do so; and ultimately miss out on how wonderful life can be when we understand how synergy works, and the benefits that come from it.

I believe “we” can and are making the world a better place to live, and “we” are making good progress.   One last thought, Imagine if we could spend all of the money, time, energy, mental skills, etc. that we put into building bombs, fighting each other, or trying to protect ourselves; and spent it on making the world a better place?   We really do have a better tomorrow awaiting us!

Ropes, Pulleys, Rigging Systems, and Avoiding Dangerous Resultants

I am excited about sharing this with you, and hearing your comments and questions.

There is too much info to list it all here, but these of the working files and topics I address, in depth,  and comment on:

Just a some of the information included:
The answer the cable clamp question.  The clamps are on backwards, if the clamps are tightened to the proper torque, they will weaken the cable to less 1/3 its rated strength!  If they are over tightened it weaken it even further because it is crushing the fibers or steel strands of wire.  We use the old saying, "Never Saddle a Dead Horse."  Well the live side is the load or working side of the steel rope,  and the dead side is the side without load on it.  The broad surface area of the saddle spreads the force out, thus not crushing the steel rope strands.

The above sample page does not include friction of the pulley nor or the friction
of the rope bending around the pulleys.

Falls, rope strength, and . . .

How dynamics, like a fall, effect the breaking strengths of a rope?  Most published MBS's (minimum breaking strengths) are determined using a slow pull method, with each end wrapped around large diameter bars.  These affect heat *dissipation and **critical radius; when combined they can cause a rope to break at as high as 75% "below" many published breaking strengths.

Our rescue team had the unpleasant task of retrieving a young climber's body, who experienced these unpleasant circumstances.  He had bought a length of high strength nylon cordage; which had a published MBS of 600 lbs.  He then he tried rappelling down a cliff, and had a parting experience . . .

At first thought, it seems logical.  A person might feel safe considering most published knot strengths show they are 50% to 75% efficient.   Factor in his weight of less than 250 lbs, including his gear, it might seem logical?   Unfortunately, dynamics created heat, which reduced the knot's efficiency even further; and it ruined his entire day . . .

With this in mind we conducted some tests to find the MBS of low stretch rope, with various knot tied in them, by pulling the slowly, medium fast, and at the speed gravity created using as solid (a body absorbs part of the energy) mass of weighing about 225 lbs.

Resultant angles of force (pull), in the above (left) case, there is only about 1,410 lbs of force on the anchor, but the right example has a resultant force of 2,000 lbs (friction is not factored in)

Avoiding Dangerous Resultants...  In this picture we are demonstrating a resultant angle of force, which will cause the tripod to over turn (Solid arrow) and a resultant force of 1.81 multiplied by the force on the rope, i.e.:  One person (225 lbs x 1.81 = 407 lbs) pulling in the direction of the solid arrow.  In this case, the arrow or force is focused outside of the "magic triangle."  If this force is outside of the triangle created by the base of the tripod, it will tip over.

As my bod, and circumstances allow,  I look forward to sharing these and other skills in an effort to contribute technical rescue, work, and training.  I appreciate the opportunity to work, train, and enjoy the natural environment with you.  During this part of my career I plan to spend time with my family, friends, and myself, sharing these skills and ideas.
